WARRANTY POLICY.

- The product damage must be due to zippers and seams.

- Warranty validity: 60 CALENDAR DAYS (The warranty begins from the date of purchase, as determined by the invoice date).

-Sales guarantees through our online store only apply if the order is sent and reported to WhatsApp +57 3232232703 as soon as possible.

- Product in optimal hygienic condition.

None of the above will apply if improper use of the product is evident. Vursse will have the right to repair, replace, or, failing that, void the product warranty, following regulations established by the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce under the following conditions:

EXCLUSIONARY

• Scratches, scrapes, breakage of materials, as well as parts that make up the bag such as straps, flaps, zippers and hardware and other accessories of the bag caused by misuse of the product.

• Changes in color, tone and textures that are natural to the material of the bag.

• Folds or roughness caused by bending of the product.

• Products that have already been handled by leather workshops or other third parties, as well as damage caused by improper repairs and cleaning.

-The costs generated by shipping and handling the product must be assumed by the customer.

SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS POLICY


Remember that we will ship your order to the address you enter at checkout. Once we generate the shipping label, we won't be able to make changes to that address, so please make sure it's spelled correctly 💛

Our delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days, starting from payment confirmation. Please note that they may vary slightly depending on your location, weather, or road conditions. We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible! 🤗

• If payment is confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the delivery time starts from the next business day.

• Deliveries are not made at a set or exact time.

Delivery times within the city of Bogotá will be two (2) business days once you receive the tracking notification. The shipping cost for Bogotá is $10,000.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• The exchange period is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase; for online purchases, it applies from the moment you received the product.

• The product must be in excellent condition and unused.

• The cost of freight is borne by the customer.

• Once the product is received, the new delivery time will be (3) to (7) business days depending on product availability.

• Purchases made through limited stock and promotions are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are valid only for the price paid. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be of equal or greater value than the price paid. Exchanges for products of lesser value are not permitted. If the product is of greater value, the customer must pay the difference.

Note: The product's durability depends on proper use and care.

MONEY REFUND POLICY

• There is grounds for a refund when the item cannot be repaired, as well as when, under a repeated warranty, the repair of defects is requested.

• The right of withdrawal applies to online purchases only, not to in-store purchases. You may request a refund within 5 business days of receiving the product.

• When the purchased product is not available.

• The refund will be made to the same payment method used in the purchase or by mutual agreement with the customer.

PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING COMPLAINTS: Any request, petition, complaint, or claim (PQR) submitted to LE VURSSE by any data subject or their successors regarding the handling and processing of their information will be resolved in accordance with the applicable law and will be processed under the following rules: The petition or claim must be submitted in writing or through any other means defined in this policy for this purpose, addressed to LE VURSSE, and must include the data subject's identification, a description of the facts giving rise to the claim, the address or means by which they wish to receive a response, and, if applicable, any supporting documents.
